Nemanja was born in Belgrade in 1992, where he is currently based again, after returning from Dublin, Ireland, where he spent some time getting his Master’s degree in cinematography. He started working during his Bachelor studies back in 2011, firstly, slating, then pulling focus and eventually started operating local and international films and TV series, which he has done around fifteen so far. Parallel to shooting shorts and music videos as a cinematographer, he worked as a 2nd unit DoP on several films and TV series. Nemanja has shot two feature films, both in Cairo, Egypt, where he had worked quite a lot in the past few years. He is a boat captain and a passionate fisherman. In his spare time he enjoys writing, boxing and gardening, and is a father to a wonderful little girl. As of 2024, Nemanja is a member of the Serbian Association of Cinematographers.
